This restaurant is a great step above the one in Waycross. The representatives were courteous and extremely friendly and professional. Our orders were repeated back to ensure that our orders were correct. Quick service and the food was extremely warm and good. Will return again.

I came through the drive thru, the person taking our order was very nice, got our order correct. It's not many places you go to, fast food chains where the employees are professional and polite. The person working the drive thru on 4/9/22 at approximately 8:00pm, Douglas,Ga, Coffee County deserves a pay raise/promotion!!

I went through the drive thru and I asked which bag my pot pie was in because the box was sideways and the employee (zamiria) bluntly and rudely said I don't know and when I got home missing 1 biscuit straws and napkins and also no cookie.

Food not completely prepared correctly and a somewhat impolite staff at the front counter. Definitely not someplace to feed the family unless you want to eat raw food. As much as it hurts me to say this it is the truth and K F C is really one of my favorite places to enjoy a meal at for me and my family.

Great Place for a Quick Family Meal. The weekends are Very Busy and Yes , You May Have To Wait For Your Food Order but to me Its Worth It . There's Nothing Like Original KFC with Honey and a Biscuit !!!!

Food was ok, ordered 2 bowls and we were very short on the chicken only 10 small pieces, about the size of a nickel. The inside wait was long, drIve thru was wrapped around building and backed up off the side street. A glass ice water $4.00 for a medium, I think they lost their minds. I didn't want to buy all the cups and lids. Card to speak to manager and girl answering phone said she ain't got time for a complaint especially over a cup of ice water. 😒 Sad but I will remember that the next time if I ever go back. Which is highly unlikely. Douglas KFC you can do better.
