I want take a minute for a shout out to the manager of the E.North St location, Greenville. Some unexpected problems with the coffee machine did not cause her to miss a beat. This woman (didn't get her name) was accommodating, informative and composed while trying to serve guests as best as she could. We waited a few extra minutes and she was able to provide us with a delicious hot pour-over. Her attitude was impressive and we will be back!! DM take note 👏👏

Stopped by for a coffee and went to drive through. William was very polite and have an absolutely great positive attitude. Great customer service this guy deserves some recognition made my day a lot better.

Good stuff, good staff, and all in a very pleasant mood to interact with despite all of the negative and annoying issues we all have to deal with day in and day out through this pandemic. Convenient and nice little outdoor seating area with wifi for anyone who needs to do a little work or just access the web. Good people here and I enjoy seeing them when I can.

The employees at this location are nice but they play entirely too much at the window and they cut you off before you can even get your order out at the menu. When one particular male works at the window I notice that the employees pay less attention to my order because they're too busy laughing while taking the order. They happened to get my order wrong today because of this. This is the 3rd time this has happened.

Well its Starbucks. They have good coffee at a high price. So when you feel like spending 5 to 10 dollars on a cup of coffee this is the place.
