Besides this place being super busy most of the day, we like going here when we can. It's a little pricey for our family of 7 (then what isn't) but it's worth the splurge every once in a while. Food & service is top notch for a fast food facility. Would recommend.

This was probably my worst experience at a Chick Fil A. The service was fine and time was reasonable, but my spicy chicken sandwich was made incorrectly. It was supposed to be with American cheese and I got one with pepper-jack even though the label said differently. The sandwich looked like it was sitting around for a long time. The lettuce was all wilted and gross with what looked like a fresher piece added to make the sandwich look better, the chicken was soggy, and the cheese looked horrible. I have never had bad food from Chick-Fil-A before, so this was shocking. Sadly I had taken it back to my workplace, otherwise if I was there I would have said something. Just check your food before you leave.

Amazing as always. I had ordered a 30 piece nugget. Which I knew would take a bit. They moved me to drive through waiting spot and were faster than I thought they would be. And everyone is so polite and nice. My 15 year old even commented on how nice they are.

Always greeted with a smile. Food is always hot and prepared just the way you order it. Ordering on the app is easy and the wait isn’t quite as long if you go inside. The drive thru always has multiple cars in queue but always moves quickly. The best “fast food” around hands down!

Stood at the counter being ignored. I drive a box truck that won't fit through thier drive thru. The employees didn't greet me. Ignored me while I stood patiently for 5 mins and it took a woman behind me in line to make a scene for them to acknowledge my existence. They closed their dining room but you do have to offer some customer service to find out if someone has ignored your policy or if they genuinely need to come to the counter. They even proceesed a sale of a side for another member of the staff all while ignoring me and going about their business. This was the worst experience I've had with this company.

Great CFA! I only do dine-in (but the drive thru is reasonably quick) and I’m always served w/a smile. Everyone who walks around the store is smiling and helpful and checking in. Cindy and Mayra are always keeping the dining room in top top shape. The play area is clean and well maintained. I love when my kids ask to come here to eat. They think it’s their own personal second home.

Put in a large order at 7:30. Called at 8:15. No answer or call back. Pulled up around 8:45, they didn’t even START my order. They were all sitting around, no line in the drive through, nothing. Now I have to wait an additional 30+ minutes for them to prepare the food. Any time I’ve ever gone to Chick-fil-A and placed a to go order, they prepare the food, I pick up and leave… you had over an hour to do this.

Even though it was very busy when we were there the wait to order wasn't bad. Our food came in a reasonable amount of time and the staff did great checking back to make sure we were ok. The food was good and all the orders were correct 💯
