Tout commence par un très bon accueil de l’équipe restauration dans un cadre chaleureux, intime, cosy. La cuisine excellente m’a permis de me replonger au Japon. (2017). Un personnel parfait

Great food and friendly service! We initially weren’t sure what to expect given its location, but were very happily surprised by the quality and had a wonderful experience. They apparently just opened in October—what a great new addition to the neighbourhood!

Hidden inside the Le Metropolitan Hotel is this excellent fusion Japanese restaurant.
Very fresh fish, very good combinations and really creative dishes. A delight!
Service is also high standard and all the staff is very helpful and kind. A warm and cozy setting featuring works of art that the owners have purchased during their travels around the world.
Amazing experience, I highly recommend this restaurant!

First and foremost, I would like say this is my first time in Paris and also in France. Being a Marriott lifetime status member, I will forever support the brand and this opinion is 100% unbiased. The Metropolitan restaurant offered the best cuisine by Hoskusai and this is was an unforgettable experience ! Vanusa our waitress, was fantastic! She made the necessary recommendations to accompany my wife’s meals and I followed suit! She did not steer us wrong and in the end, we had the most fantastic meal since being in Paris. Thank you to the restaurant staff and hospitality, we would gladly come back again! The food was delicious and presented VERY well. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to have an experience in Paris for their tastebuds!
