Scholl Bros Bbq

The brisket was nice and juicy, and I really recommend the green beans! This place doesn't seem to recommend anyone wear masks though. The staff doesn't wear any while preparing your food, and most customers don't either. There is a shared BBQ sauce bottle on each table and no hand sanitizer that I could find in the entire place. If you go, I suggest bringing your own.

My Husband had my birthday party catered by these guys. First of all their custom made Texas style BBQ sauce is the best I ever had! The brisket was tender you could cut it with a fork. The ribs were juicy and perfectly cooked. We also had delicious hot links. My husband said to give us a good example of what you have. They gave mac and cheese what rivaled the best grandmother's holiday meal. Homemade potato salad was my very favorite. Baked beans, south wester style corn, onions and pickles. They didn't forget the loaf of white bread and ice tea that made it an authentic traditional Texas BBQ experience. Our guests were asking us who catered even while their mouths were full of their first bite! Plus they were excited to have out business. Todd is not only a great BBQer but also has excellent customer service. He was a great choice for my party. He made husband look like a super star!

Worst BBQ place to deal with, poor service, food was cold. I had order 30+ plates to be catered. Placed order several days out from when I needed their service. Let's start out with the numerous calls I placed to make sure my order was still in place. Their first response was that I had NO order reserved and replaced my order again and would call verify my order later that afternoon. NO CALLS BACK. So the day of delivery, here again I call to make sure order would be on time, after numerous calls again I finally had an individual tell me my order was on the way and they where busy, somewhat understandable. An hour and half past the delivery time and tons of call to the incompetent driver, and sending out a search party to find him. I received my order. So needless to say that the 30+ with the combination of employees and CEOs from different companies people that had been standing around waiting for an hour and half we were served cold food, with no utensils for serving. I guess that other people's time isn't any of their concern.
