Owned and managed by world class Executive Chef Fausto Garduro and his super friendly and highly efficient wife Laura, Anahuacalli is the REAL DEAL! Starting with their Amuse Bouche of fresh corn tortilla chips and 2 delectable homemade salsas, their margaritas are 100% "effective" as well as refreshing. Proudly and generously serving outstanding blue agave Jimador Tequila, their fresh guacamole is truly world's best! Anahuacalli's chicken enchiladas covered with authentic Oaxaca melting cheese are a main dish by themselves. Their carne asada is a tender and richly flavorable ribeye steak and can be cut with a fork. Our Grand Finale was an outstanding Postre 3 Leches drizzled and decorated with homemade mango sauce. Our ******* salute to Chef Fausto, Laura and Maria Eugenia ~ their loyal and "owner's eyes" server of 20 years. We highly recommend Anahuacalli to the entire world of discerning diners!!!

As a Mexican food love, this is probably the best Mexican in paris in terms of quality, price / quality, decoration and service. Typically Mexican, nicely decorated, amazing steak fajitas and quesadillas. The guacamole is good but could be better by keeping it more natural and not adding so much sauce / lemon . Margot the waitress is excellent !
