In town for my mom's doctor appointment. We wanted to try something we don't have at home. We were very pleased!!!

Self directed seating. Wonderfull and polite table service. True home cooked meal with perfect spice with just a hint of pepper. Sunday lunch the Chicken and Dressing was top shelf, served with 3 sides of your choice and your drink. I will be back soon.

Good soul food.
I was raised up on southern soul food so I know what the good stuff tastes like and this is the good stuff.
My wife and I both had the smothered chicken, this was smothered with homemade gravy with 3 sides.... Cream potatoes, they're not instant, they were fresh. Man and cheese was amazing as well. This good is Delicious

Good southern comfort food. Simple, but delicious menu. You dont leave hungry with the generous 3 sides that come with your entree. Only issue was their card reader was down and I had to run to the bank to get cash.

First time going there but it won't be the last. All the food was great..
I had the meatloaf and it was very good. Also had blackeye peas, cabbage , and pinto beans..All were very good.

This gem of a restaurant provides comfort foods that are made to perfection! Service is very nice, friendly and timely. If you are looking for a place with simple menu choices and a welcoming environment, Heart and Soul is the place to go.

Ok Paris. If you havent been to Heart and Soul Food Cafe you are missing out on the BEST home cooking restaurant around. I hate to admit it but I've been there three times in one week. The staff is top notch! The food is just like going home to Momma's kitchen table. You will leave full and satisfied and within your budget. Food and drink total only $10. You will also have left overs. Wish I could give it more stars, you will agree when you try it for yourself.
