The girl that took our order was really nice although she did have her kid in the restaurant because of lack of staff. It's not her fault The chicken was decent The bathrooms were trashed beyond belief. Meanwhile two other girls were on their cell phones instead of cleaning the bathrooms. I'd eat there again going to the drive-thru but I wouldn't go back inside. One other thing that wasn't their fault is the lack of food on the menu due to supply of course that is just about anywhere else you go nowadays

This used to be one of my favorite places to eat before I moved. I was back in town and in the area, so I stopped by. Many of my favorite items have been discontinued, but that's to be expected given the state of things. The drive thru took longer than it should have. The girl on the speaker was playing around with the gentleman ahead of me. When I got there, she asked for my order. After an awkward silence, she asked for my order again which I had to repeat. The lady at the pay window was very cold and rude, despite only having a brief interaction. Now the food. She asked what dipping sauce I wanted, but there was none in the bag. I asked for spicy, and was given mild. The gravy on the mashed potatoes tasted very off, and was not enjoyable. Such a disappointment, I'll wait another couple of years before returning.

This use to be my GO TO place. Now it’s a disappointing. Most the time I am always waiting for chicken. Most the time it seems like everytime I end up with the most unwanted employee. Like they are either so ready to quit or go home. Rude and short… then my order is always missing something or incorrect. So sad I miss this establishment when it was at its prime

I ordered a 4 piece dark with red beans and rice. Got half way home and found out I got 3 piece mixed with potatoes and Cajun gravy. I don’t care for breast meat and allergic to jalapeños. So I called and spoke with the manager and she said sorry no problem so I owe you a thigh. No was my response you owe me an entire meal. I have had nothing but disappointment from this Resturant. So glad that we now have a Chick Filet opening in Paris and when people stop having to put up with this level of service we will have a new, nice, exceptional place as a choice to go and get what we order. I am now giving up on this Resturant having any chance to make it, they do not seem to care.
