Food was decent. Customer service was horrible. In drive through because I couldn't order fast enough for them. They kept asking me if I was ready to order about every 30 seconds. Instead of giving me a chance to finish making sure I had the order correct before actually ordering.

We really enjoyed being able to dine in at a Steak & Shake for the first time since the government shut the country down due to Covid. In our home state of Indiana, there are still very few restaurants open for dining. The few Steak & Shakes which are still open are Drive thru only.
Jennifer, our waitress, was attentive, kind, and sweet. Service was outstanding, food was excellent, milkshakes were bomb. Bathrooms were clean.

Steak 'n Shake is definitely a step up from the run of the mill fast food burger establishment's. There milkshakes are unique and delicious as well.
