My family brought KFC home after a day full of doctors appointments. Where we live there are no fast food places near us (about 45 minutes from this location). When we got the food home, we noticed that the chicken was incredibly burnt. We called, and the staff had the audacity to argue with us. After explaining that we would not be driving 45 minutes to return our food, we found no solution. We asked the person we spoke on the phone with for their name to report their attitude, and they said “I am not legally obligated to tell you my name”. I am incredibly disappointed by this establishments’ staff and management.

Went there got food through drive-thru. Went to the window ro pay the messed up the oders and then we gave them 2 $5 and the price was $7.42 give or take bc no receipt with no change back. The lady set there and argued with me that she sis give me my change. The girl went and complained about it and the Manger came to me and said they was not in the wrong.

The service here is very fast and very tasty. There are enough tables so you won’t have to wait on the table. One of my only complaints is that by the drink section you can get sweet tea but there’s no option for unsweetened tea which could be a drawback for some people. The tables here are often dirty and the drive through can be slow sometimes but most of the time it’s a pretty decent spend for a fried chicken place. They have a nice menu and drink selection. I also like how you can buy half/who gallons of drinks like tea and lemonade. Would recommend and will continue to eat here.

Why there is no zero star rating is beyond me...this is the most disgusting restaurant I've walked into in years. The service is beyond awful and rude. The food on the bar was way over cooked and painful to eat... I took about three bites and put my warped plastic fork down. My plastic fork wouldn't cup through the mashed potatoes. As I sat there a guy came over and emptied the trash right next to me and moments later a woman came over and was sweeping at my feet...close enough her broom brushed my shoe...ridiculous as I was one of just another couple in the entire place. Get some manners. Fine some decent help or close the doors. You'll never see me back. Rate this a "ZERO"
