Domino's Pizza

Ordered contactless delivery. Lady knocked on my door multiple times before I answered. I ordered parm bites and didn't get them . A sandwich and took one bite out of it because for some reason this time it was disgusting. I also Ordered lava cakes that were all messed up like maybe not cooked all the way. Horrible experience 😑 won't be ordering delivery again.

I ordered online wanted delivery couldn’t get that to work so I just went and picked it up I get home I ordered a thin crust and received a pan pizza I called and explained what happened they told me it’s what the online order said you ordered I know what I ordered I’ll never be back horrible customer service we have enough pizza places so much better than domino’s I know I’ll never go back I honestly wouldn’t give them one star

Last night 9/11/2020 my parents had a voucher from my dads work which is super nice of his work. Well dominos turned a nice gesture into a nightmare. My parents ordered there food at 6:40 and were told to come in 25 minutes. They got in the drive thru at 7:25 and sat there for over an hour. They had 3 people come out and ask them what there names were and what there orders were. They finally got to the drive thru window to be told they didn't even have there order!!! They then retook there order and my parents pulled out of the drive thru so others could get there food. Then 20 minutes later they went back through the drive thru to be told again they did not have there order my mom had to get the manager just so they could get there order and 15 mins later they finally got there food. They ordered at 6:40 and they finally got there food at 9:00. This whole ordeal was very uncalled for and very unprofessional!!!! I dont normally talk bad about restaurants bc they all have bad days but this was just very unorganized and just awful!!!! I would not blame my parents for not ordering from this business again!!!!
