During meal, we ran completely out of pizza. They had a quick replenishment of cinammon sticks. The wait staff was good.
As we were leaving, they ran out of cinnamon sticks. Food good, but no sense of urgency for customers. It was Not real busy, so I do not c the reason, except the cooks just don't understand customer service.
Next time, it should b better.

Pizza's was just sitting on the cooker along with our cheese bread and bread stix. Staff was all in a circle just laughing and playing on their phones. The manager was in with them so no need in saying anything to her. After we finally got our food ALL at once it was just warm and not even close to what we ordered. After 1 hour 45 minutes we got to eat. Do not go to this place when night shift is working.

My daughter loves their pizza. Being a kid she doesn't eat her dinner many nights but it's easy to get her to eat good here. The service is always friendly, as well. I only gave it 4 stars though because I don't care for most of the pizza dough myself. Just my personal preference.

Food was good and server was fantastic. She went out of her way to make sure we never had to wait on any thing. Didn't catch her name but they need an entire staff just like her. Skinny, short haired, lunch time at Paris, Illinois Store.

A place of many small anoyances. Other pizza huts are fine, but in this one, i have a few complaints.
An unacceptable amount of flies

I guess it was ok, but try a diffferent pizza hut.

The lunch buffet is always a good choice. I was able to request a pizza the way I like it! We had an Awesome waitress!! Will definitely be coming back for more! Yumm...

Manager was really nice as well his server was not there we was the first customer of the day he was our server he was doing everything including prep making orders answering phone's a great guy should be rewarded for his superior service as quality of food he produced being short handed at the start of being open ty very much for making me and my wife comfortable and welcome

Do not get it delivered, this place charges each person who orders a delivery charge even if delivering to the same place. Then when you pay they don’t give your change to you cause their not allowed to carry change. Your charged extra for your dipping sauces when you can order in store & not pay extra... what was a $10 dollar order just cost me $20
