Worst place to eat. Know one can do their jobs right. Some are nice. Some don't care at all. I'm from Canton IL and. I go to Peoria and I eat out alot. This store needs to have their employees trained and learning how to take care of customer service because they will never apologize for anything and all they care about is just to pay check

Food is definitely consistent and red beans and rice is a favorite. This would be a 5 star review but the atmosphere at this location is not good. Most of the employees act like you are almost an inconvenience. What a shame. I pulled to the drive thru speaker and waited then was told to pull to the window without having ordered. As I placed my order at the window I was informed the only sides they had were red beans and rice. Which was fine for me but you are out of every other side at 8:00? You have 2 more hours of business to do with only one kind of side dish. So, I placed my order 2 piece meal( spicy). Although the chicken was good as always I was given regular instead of the spicy that I ordered. Oh well.. If the management of that restaurant held the staff to a higher standard of customer service ( including smiling and saying thank you) that would be a great location.

You have to give them one star to get to the review page. In reality I give them zero. Went there to order 2 wing dinners, but as told they didn’t have any wings. Wasn’t offered the opportunity to wait while they cooked more. Asked for 2 piece dinner with 2 breasts—answer was no. I was told I could only order mixed or all dark. We don’t like dark meat. It was not the first time we’ve been unable to get white meat. Couldn’t order just Breasts ala cart either. Are they not smart enough to figure out they need to cook more wings? Will not go back. However, LONG JOHN SILVERS across the street gave us exactly what we wanted. Will not visit this Popeyes again.

Worst experience ever. They were out of a lot of menu items and the staff was not friendly at all. They did not even have straws for the drinks that we ordered. I will never go back to this location. I honestly wanted to get a refund and leave this environment. The company needs someone to come in Immediately and do a complete overhaul. I would be embarrassed to have this location represent my company.

The help were nice food was good but they're credit card machine charged me twice cause it wasn't working the way it should. After I went home noticed the extra charge and filed a claim with customer service to get it back! Never happened. Had to go to my bank signed 2 papers to get Mastercard to reverse the extra charge. I think Popeye,s should have gave my money right back theyre help knew there was an issue 16 peice dinner cost me $90 since Dec 11th and it the 27th and im still waiting. Btw: that's a 60 mile round trip for me. Thanks popeyes.

Boy I sure like those biscuits soft buttery or I'll tell you what I'll try to get extra side of gravy so I can just dip those biscuits in that sauce oh my God especially with those little chicken nuggets all Lord did you just take me to heaven and drop me back to Earth on one day a week who is still worth it I forget where I'm at where I'm eating this food making me drool right now God bless you guys I wish I had chicken here all the time you guys make it hot every time I tell you what my French fries are crispy every time I don't have to go back and complain about nothing now those tenders are pretty good too especially the spicy ones whoo boy my dog Chuck Norris he'll help me tear that 14-piece family pack up real quick we watch my dog drool you know it's some good stuff so you must stop by and let these guys cook you some good stuff cuz I'm telling you why because it's good stuff I won't lie because I know it's good stuff so if you don't believe me that's all right because I believe it's good stuff so don't talk a bad about this place I'm telling you why because it's a good place

Ordered mild chicken and half my order was spicy. My wife can't eat spicy food. Had to wait almost 1/2 hour for them to cook chicken. Didn't ask me if i wanted spicy, didn't ever offer me cup of water for my wait. Out of 7 or 8 employees at that place, only ONE employee came to me and apologize for my wait.CHURCHES CHICKEN WILL GET MY FORM NOW ON.
