It's ok. Drive thru difficult to get in.
In the actual fast food restaurant. Most of the time staff is nice. Only thing is when it's busy, they should have both front of restaurant tills open, and they never due. When they open late or close early due to staffing they never have any signs posted. Can be super frustrating.

Doughnuts did not support the representation I'd heard from others about how great they taste. Disappointed in the chocolate croissant especially at another outlet and this outlet was worse with poor service. A breakfast sandwich was not as ordered and no one around to help correct. Napkins weren't even provided or available.

Typical Tim's in most ways, staff barely speak English and you're lucky if you get what you ordered. I didn't, and somehow they make it sound like you're fault. Coffee wasn't great, I've had better at Tim's.

I went Thursday June 17th and the lobby was closed. But there was 5 people still in there having coffee. Then I went in for a second and got kicked out and the lady told me they’re only doing drive thru and I said “well I don’t have a car” just the way they randomly closed the lobby and the drive thru was basically empty was stupid. That Tim Hortons is going downhill for sure. The other day I went at the same time and almost couldn’t get an iced Capp and there was barely any choices for donuts too

Saturday april 2nd around 2:30pm:
Some snotty British employee kid took my order at the drive thru. VERY RUDE. He even got my order of six Take 12s wrong, and it took OVER 15 MINUTES!!! Unacceptable!!! Tim hortons you've lost a valuable customer!!!

Best cappuccino I've had from any Tim's I have been to another! Great service the young British gentleman was very polite

Very rude at this location, I was just there and was rudely told that ordering 4 coffees thru the drive through was " too much" and they were too busy. No apologies , just rudeness. ¹

Enjoy their dark roast coffee and chili with bun. But... get some help so you don't lock the doors at 2;00pm. Yes, even your donuts and fritters are great!
