Burger King

Went through the drive thru and oredered 2 king's meal deals after paying cashier told us to pull to the side and they'll bring it right out... They also parked the 2 following cars after us... Then once we got our food almost 10 after being parked. the chicken meal deal was barely had any mayo and it looked like they used some sort of salad mix lettuce on it instead of the leaf lettuce... The cheeseburger meal deal burgers barely had any condiments on them either... When i tried calling the store to get my food replaced i reached a recording saying the subscriber you have dialed is no longer in service... Now i don't understand how you run a business without a working phone but my order needs to be fixed...

Friendly staff first and foremost. I went to the drive thru and there were about 10-12 cars in front of me. The line hardly stopped moving and we didn't have to wait nearly as long as we had anticipated. The staff was getting orders of fast and when the guy brought it outside he engaged us until he knew we were satisfied and told him we were good. He apologized for us having to wait, which wasn't long. Keep up the good work guys you do a hell of a job!

staff was quick to take my order unlike the place next door where I sat at the boot for a good minute and a half with nothing at all. I ordered an m&m vanilla shake it came out perfect and in a timely order. The staff was also very friendly. the best part of the whole experience is the person that was in the booth next to me still hadn't got their food I managed to finish my milkshake in the parking lot.

Went for a quick breakfast around 10:00am, I believe they stop serving breakfast at 10:30am, wasn't very clear on anything that I saw on the menu. Anyhow, we pull up and are looking over the menu, don't eat here very often and a guy comes out and is just standing there waiting to turn the menu around to the lunch section. He says "we are still serving breakfast, just changing the menu board." Feeling somewhat rushed we place our order and he says while I'm ordering, "we only have one biscuit ready," I ordered the 2 for 5 mix and match with 2 sausage biscuit sandwiches. The lady taking the order never mentioned anything about them only having one biscuit left. Pull around to the window and she took our payment and asked if we'd like any jelly, we said we would. Immediately has us pull up around front. After about 3 or 4 minutes she comes out and says they only have the one biscuit ready, which should have been my sign to just request a refund and move one. I told her to go ahead and make one a croissant sandwich. They bring out the food shortly thereafter and the croissants we ordered are cold and that one biscuit they had is hard as a rock. Cheese could even melt on the cold sausage and ham. Oh, and the biscuit was supposed to have sausage and one of the croissants was supposed to have ham and they said "we went ahead and put the ham on the biscuit for ya!" Not what I wanted! To sum this up, I wanted to try something different and I instantly regretted the decision to go to Burger King here in Mineral Wells. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The customer service is lacking that professional feel and having someone stand at the menu while I ordered was very unprofessional and made me feel rushed as I was trying to make my order. Please work on your customer service skills and remember to make the order as requested and don't forget the condiments.....

One star for the morning crew and their dim wit manager! I will eat there any other time (Night crew is AMAZING! Lunch crew is super fast!) Breakfast: My bacon croissant - The bacon was a single piece ripped in half, the bread was flimsy (not toasted), and the egg in the center was cold. The hashbrowns were frozen, but covered in grease, so they must have thrown them in and pulled them quickly out again. The coffee is massively watered (how is this possible?) My husband's order was the same as mine. They aren't even busy in the mornings!
