Taco Bell

Went to get the taco burrito craving pack which was $10.60 after tax. It's now 5 dollars higher as of yesterday. I know things are going up in prices but adding $5 to a box is just stingy. Not worth $14.99 in my opinion. I'll never go back and I advise nobody else to either. They are just trying to make up for all the money they were making cause they can't get any help. Well okay pay more then

If I could give a 0 I would. Stopped to get lunch before work. Ordered my food no lettuce no tomato due to food allergies. Order was read back correctly. Pay for my food and get to work to see part of my order is covered in shredded lettuce and tomatoes. I call and speak to the MOD and he tells me my only option is to bring the food back to have it made correctly. I explained to him I work at the hospital and I cant just leave to come back for THEIR mess up. He goes on to tell me thats my only option. I go back and when I arrive the guy at the window asks me to hand the messed up food back through the window. I ask him if he is aware that handing food back thru the drive thru window was a health code violation and he stated that "its fine ill just throw it away we do it all the time". I again explained that I had the food and left amd came back, now you're touching it and all of the counters as well...he had no response. I asked for his manager to come to the window and the manager refused. Finally the young man at the window gave me the MOD name (Bradley). Nobody that i could see thru the window had gloves on or was wearing their masks properly. This restaurant is a place I will NEVER return to. Safety and cleanliness is obviously not a priority here and public health must not be either.
