Wingstop

This place is on the up and up. I've always enjoyed the food, wife doesn't like their fries/sides I don't mind, but their service and cleanliness, has been underwhelming. However, lately it's been much better. I'm sure it's dependent upon management and the staff, so hopefully it's a better work environment bc service and restaurant is better. Keep it up and will upgrade my rating.

Ordered 100 wings on the app. Arrived at the restaurant 30 mins later. Wings were ready just few minutes after we arrived and they were cooked perfectly, and the customer service was amazing. Last time we ate here, the wings were rubbery and gross, and the service was even worse. Not sure who changed things, but excellent job! We will be back!

Customer service was great. The young black lady taking orders was professional and was sure to get our order correct. The other young lady in the kitchen had attitude. A gentleman asked if he could get more seasoning on his fries. The kitchen lady looked at him crazy and walked off. Then she doubled back and gave him a super load of seasoning. Only complaint about my order was the garlic parmesan chicken had only parmesan on it. No garlic sauce.

Had a terrible experience with the manager, Sarah. She was extremely rude and it was clear she doesn’t know her job as a manager. If she’s in charge, I have no idea how the store is running. She was rude, didn’t know information a manager should know, and observed her and other employees standing around playing on their phones, joking and goofing off while a select few employees we’re actually working. I’d hate to be those employees, but I guess it works out for her little crew. The restaurant was dirty because Sarah and the employees with her were not working, while only one or two were clearing tables and cleaning the restaurant. Will not be coming back anytime soon.
