Taco Bell

Ordered a 3 pack of soft taco supremes and a drink. My wife drove the 30 min to our home and opened them up, meat and cheese on all three, lettuce on 1 of the 3, no tomatoes or sour cream on all 3. Tried to call the store and after about ten rings it rolled over to a fax. No answer. Here are pics of my soft taco supremes. Drive through please do not get angry while I hold up your drive though to see if you can follow the picture of how to make a taco. Sorry but very tired of driving off from a drive through to find out something is wrong, missing, etc.

Not good at all! 5 people working. 1 cashier, 2 drive thru attendants, 1 person making orders and 1 person walking around in the back. The 1 person making orders were doing drive thru, dining room and online orders. Wait time in the dining room was 30 minutes. The order maker did not show any sign of urgency, so the making was slow. There were 2 people walk out while I was there.

We went there tonight at 8:50 to get food to go. The door was unlocked and there were no hours posted on the door. All of the employees were standing in the kitchen talking. We walked in and went to order on the kiosk when an employee in the back yelled “people people!” And another employee yelled “dining room closed” giving no explanation, apology, or offering of the drive through option. After we left, we looked online and it clearly says they’re indeed open inside. I don’t know if the employees decided they didn’t want to work anymore, or if they were legitimately closed. If they were legitimately closed, they should have posted that on the door.

drive through Shane t was my cashier she absolutely understand the assignment when I requested lots of hot sauce I know it’s something small but lots of times they don’t give enough little to none and It can ruin your meal Shane T a real MVP a true hero I will now stop cuz I can go on for ever and ever 😊 thank you

Asked for the pinto beans and cheese have been getting it for over 30 years. I get home and instead of the refried beans and cheese I get this little 2oz cup of refried beans. These kids don't care these days. If they are not going to do the job then they should stay home. They didn't even get the burrito right. I asked for a beef and bean burrito with cheese and red sauce they put sour cream on it. I only drive 15 miles back to my home to find I don't have what I ordered and nothing to eat. If I could you wouldn't even get 1 star. Not going back to this place again.
